Shipping Policy
Once you purchase an item from us, it will be packaged and assigned a tracking number. We will send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, process your order, and ship it within 2-3 business days. This means that the fastest time from order placement to delivery is 3 business days, and the slowest is 5 business days.
Our shipping process is streamlined. You will receive an email after your order has been shipped. Once your order arrives at your local post office, we will send you another email with the estimated delivery time. Finally, you will receive a final email notifying you that your order has been delivered.
We have an overseas warehouse in the United States. Your order will first be shipped from our local warehouse. After the order is processed within 1-2 days, it will take 2-3 business days to arrive. If your item is not available at our overseas warehouse, we will ship from Hong Kong and use UPS to deliver the item to you within the specified timeframe. Our overseas warehouse does not ship to states such as Akron, Alaska, Hawaii, Hawaii, and New Mexico. We do not ship to military bases.
We offer a competitive shipping policy, offering free shipping on orders over $50.
We cover most customs duties for our products, but some are borne by the customer. If you are required to pay customs duties, this will be indicated at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
